Terms & Condition
Applicable to All Users of Deep Zoom Cabs Services
General
a. These Terms and Conditions apply to the relationship between Deep Zoom Cabs (“the Company”) and its customers (“the Customer”) for the provision of taxi, courier, and related services (“the Services”). By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
b. All implied terms, warranties, and conditions under statute or common law are expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Charges
a. Charges for the Services (“Service Charges”) are outlined in the Company’s schedule of charges and may include:
- Cancellation fees
- Waiting time fees (actual or estimated)
- Tolls, airport fees, or surcharges
- Increased charges during periods of high demand or other market factors
b. Deep Zoom Cabs reserves the right to adjust, add, or create new Charges for any services at any time. Customers will be informed of such changes where feasible. Customers are responsible for all applicable charges, regardless of prior awareness.
Cancellation Process
a. Bookings can be canceled via app, phone, or email in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below.
b. The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings in the case of customer no-shows or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., Force Majeure events). In such cases, the full journey cost will be charged.
Festive Period Bookings & Cancellation Policy
Festive Period:
- From 24th December 18:00 to 27th December 06:00
- From 31st December 18:00 to 1st January 06:00
All bookings during this period must be prepaid.

Payment for Services
a. Invoices must be paid in full within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at 3% per month plus applicable late fees.
b. Customers cannot withhold payments for disputes or claims unrelated to the current booking.
c. Prices may vary due to demand or specific circumstances.
Limitations and Exclusions
a. The Company shall not be liable for loss or damage involving:
- Cash, jewelry, antiques, or items exceeding £100 in value unless explicitly agreed upon.
- Hazardous or illegal goods.
- Perishable goods without prior agreement.
b. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of:
- £150
- The intrinsic value of the goods.
c. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delays caused by weather, accidents, or third-party actions.
